I agree with HCA’s submission to the ERO.
Hamilton Conservation Authority does a great job of managing all of the various lands around the city. I don't see how a larger organization would do a better job.
There's too much diversity in the proposed area for each area to get the proper attention.
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it". I think this is a very bad decision without any consideration for the actual land management.
