Hello,
I would like to voice my concern over merging the conservation authority boundaries. This will evidently waste taxpayer dollars that could be going towards preserving and conserving our environment or providing education and community engagement. This would not only be a more efficient way of spending taxpayer dollars but also a more effective way of bringing Ontarians together. I am worried that should this merger happen, it will directly impact not only conservation areas but also the food we eat from neighbouring fields and farms, as well as the sacred lands of our indigeonous who already fight with clean water insecurity due to the watersheds these conservation areas all work to take care of. Please do not let this happen. This will only have a negative impact on Ontario. We cannot afford this financially, physically or culturally as a province.
