The biggest concern with these changes is that developers will push to develop conservation lands and any plush lands they want .Money and power is what gets them what they want.
The environment will be not looked after untill it will be too late to reverse the damage.Residents and conservation authorities will have no power.
Big money will be the power over locals and any environmentalists.
Paving over paradise to put up condos and parking lots is not the legacy we want to leave for the next generation.
The government should be trusted to safeguard the environment not destroy it.
Please consult with environmental experts and not developers.
