I live in the DVCA, an area managed by the HCA. I agree with the HCA's submission to the Environmental Registry of Ontario: a loss of local decision making authority would impact me directly. As a member of the community, I feel strongly that decisions affecting my neighbourhood and my natural environment need to be made locally by local stakeholders.
