Again Ford is keeping his agenda hidden. There is no basis on true nature preservation for this amalgamation - therefore it leaves no conclusion but that Ford is after another power grab for his political friends and himself. Ford should stick to bringing the cost of food and rental accommodation down and keep his nose out of areas he doesn't understand or care about.
