The HCA is a well respected environmental/ naturalistic institution. They are vigilant and diligent in organizing, implementing and maintaining excellent practices to promote/ protect our varied wildlife, ecosystems and environment. A new grandiose oversight provincial agency will not help, but instead cost taxpayers millions more to implement and maintain without due diligence from dedicated stakeholders already doing exceptionally good work. Instead, Dougie, and his minister should properly fund the HCA as well as others, and provide clearer guidelines as to what more is required from them. We do not want another Greenbelt Fiasco- Non- Apology in our future or our children’s or grandchildren’s future.
