I oppose the merger of conservation authorities. My experience as a naturalist and one who has given land to conserve is that the authroities are well suited for the aims of caring for the land and working with the population of their region. Any bigger and the service will be diluted and the land management will be impaired.

As one who has supported this govt in many initiatives I do not agree with this one. My work with restoration has taught me that how we use our lands is crucial to the reduction of emergencies like flooding, heat management and agricultural sustainablity. Without effectively managed public lands we are doomed. Truly. Look at Abbotsford. Here is Dundas any more eradication and mis use of land above us will lead to flooding and tragedies.

Please do not reduce the CA's effectiveness, increase it. My vote depends on it.
