It is extremely important that locals have a say in what happens to our ecosystem and that we take accountability for OUR Conservation. The reason for this amalgamation has not been justified. The HCA one of the City of Hamilton’s Depts with a positive track record of responsiveness and success comprised of capable individuals who maintain the trails well that they live on. The creation of localized authorities would only make response to local issues WORSE. It is yet another cut back affecting our quality of life and heritage. Don’t you dare turn all of Dundas green into a bunch of condos no one can afford nor want to, KEEP OUR BEAUTIFUL TRAILS. Do you want your children and grandchildren growing up in a world where all they see is a bunch of construction and vacant condos? The answer is I hope no.

I am extremely troubled to hear that this is what is happening to my home without any vocalized notice or ask from the people who live here. Please don’t go through with these amalgamations.
