The proposed density is too high and does nothing to address affordability. There are already traffic issues in that area and that many more units will just add to the gridlock we are experiencing. There are no schools proposed and green space will be at a minimum. There is not enough parking for the units and visitors. Thinking that the majority of the occupants will be only or mostly taking the GO train onto the city is a pipe dream. Grocery shopping and general appointments will be needed to be done via car as transit will not be able to sustain them. That area was never designed for that density.
