I strongly oppose the proposed development due to its anticipated impact on traffic congestion, pollution, and strain on existing infrastructure. Oakville’s roads and services are already operating at or near capacity, and this project will further reduce residents’ quality of life.
Oakville has long been valued as a well-planned and livable community. Continued overdevelopment without adequate infrastructure and environmental safeguards risks undermining the town’s character and sustainability. I urge the Town to reconsider this proposal and prioritize responsible, balanced planning that serves both current and future residents.
I urge the decision-makers to stop approving projects that add more traffic and environmental harm. Oakville needs thoughtful planning, not unchecked construction that makes it harder for residents to live her
