Oakville is at its limit. Adding Mega density without 100% transit availability to every necessary point is only going to erode Oakvilles livability.
Traffic is now ridiculous at all hours of the day.
Set up reliable and affordable transit first...have the developers pay for it.
Then....and only then, start planning new housing..
