The proposal is not appropriate for the location due to a number of important factors.
1. The density is too high given the inadequate public spaces.
2. Significant pressure on traffic patterns in an already overcrowded transit area.
3. Current economic environment will not support the number of proposed units.
4. Roads,sewer,water,retail, school infrastructure does not support the proposed density.
