I have been a resident and business in Oakville since 2005 but also born and raised and have attended school here since 1955.
I have seen many changes in Oakville but none, absolutely none can even remotely compare to the devastation that will take place in this town if the proposed monster buildings/human warehousing if Distrikt MZOproceeds in Midtown.
This is no longer is about accommodating population expansion. I have attended many meetings at Townhall to see firsthand that our community proposed common sense growth and expansion was at best given a cursory glance, a Provincial platitude.
But… truth and justice will prevail.
