It's come to my attention that the assimilative capacity study is not accurate. It does not reflect on the existing permit for the searchmont resort to use huge amounts of water from the river for its operations. See reference ERO posting 019-6965.
An accurate study should be completed properly prior to any further approval of the proposed project going forward this affecting water safety to the goulais river and lake superior.
