As someone who enjoys the outdoors and sees it as one of Canada's greatest strengths, I believe allowing treated sewage to flow into the Goulais river is a huge mistake. This river system flows through multiple environments and having it contaminated in any way could have catastrophic consequences for the flora and fauna such as algae blooms, food chain disruption and degradation if sensitive ecosystems.
Please do not go ahead with this short sighted plan.
