I have significant concerns…

I have significant concerns with this proposal as both a resident of Searchmont and an avid recreational user of the Goulais river watershed. If this goes through I have no doubt it will destroy the watershed. The extensive expansion plans of the resort show no concern for the community and the local environment. Growth will cause more water usage in an area that already encounters significant low water issues in the summer with many residents including myself encountering well issues due to a depleted water table. Lower water levels along with with discharge of pollution will spell disaster for the Goulais river watershed all for the profits of a foreign corporation. The only thing cared about is profits with no care for the community or the environment.
