I am making a comment on here because this is an act to save the environment, the human life and the wild life.

Testing for this has been not done properly with more professionalism, the testing has exceeded the phosphorus max rating and samples have only been done in one area.

People will be severely sick that live so close to where this wants to be built. Fish will die the sturgeon will die, other animals will be also affected from this.

People use the water for drinking, cooking, bathing. Also use it for swimming and kayaking.

People should be more important than a business that wants to expand. So much will be destroyed if watse is dumped into the river. The river is not a constant level flow. The river floods every year and would be a major health risk if a Waste Water Treatment Plant was under water or close to being under water.
