This would eliminate a layer of perceived bias and avoid any concerns for sampling tampering. A reputable 3rd party institute will ensure full integrity and management of the water quality monitoring which will also help empower the community to be involved and reassured that water quality will be monitored and reported to ensure the water remains safe for all.

There are programs where community members can be given their own equipment and training and have designated testing regions. Please consider this strongly.
