As an Oakville resident Council knows how to plan its future best.
Their decisions should not be overrun by a higher government just because a land developer will make tons of cash at the expense of residents.
Look at the condo market right now. None of this condos will sell.
MZO are a blatant abuse of power and they should not be used to benefit insider developers.
