We bought in Oakville for the specific reason of the kind of community it is, and the lower density planning.
This plan not only takes away the reason we invested in our community, but also affects our property values as this shifts away from the historical reason people look to Oakville.
Let Oakville continue to decide what is best for their planning, and do not force us into this high density handicap. Thai would also turn my 10 minute commute into a 30 minute one.
