It does not look like any thought has been given to the following:
South Oakville is bound on the north by QEW on the south by Lake Ontario and west by a River.
The lakeside part of the town is a destination for tourists and all of N Oakville. The town is jammed with people on most days as people have discovered it since Covid.
To have that kind of density added will certainly have massive traffic just getting down trafalgar road. So they will be winding their way through residential streets.
It is too far to walk for most.
Nice it is close to the go train but that is a lot of people who drive to work jamming on 1 entrance to the highway. What other choice due to the 3 constraints I mentioned.
Driving and weaving through neighbourhoods.
Lakeshore road is 2 Lanes so not a great option
I can see a building or 2 but your proposal is way too mega.
