The Stubbe Plant emissions are of great concern to me and all the community. We need assurance there will be no adverse health issues from their emissions
The following "The term "storage pile" and "fugitive emissions" as an "emission source", and "respirable silica" appears to not be dealt with in ERO # 025-1424 The health of the community and the environment must take priority over any manufacturing and damage will be done once approved if not fully understood and researched
