Regarding the silica emissions from Stubbe's Precast:
Last fall the leaves on the trees on the west end of the Burtis forest were grey and or dead. This was due to the dust emissions from Stubbes. Has this been documented?
Also of concern to me is the proximity to Big Creek which is under the Grand River Authority. Open water and open emissions ?.
Also the location of this facility is in a agricultural area . Directly east of Stubbes is a dairy farm which the prevailing west winds carry the emissions onto crops which are ingested by the milking cows. There is also a large amount of beef cattle and poultry in the area.
Finally with a large forest directly to the east of Stubbes ( on Burtis Farm) what effect do the emissions have on the vegetation and wildlife in the forest or the community at large?
