Lake Scugog in the last few years from May to Oct. drops about 10 inches to about 13 inches.
Does the MOE think that is okay? I never thought about it one way or the other, but experts must be aware of this happening. What is their perspective? Why was it not given with this notice?
In summary, what are the pros and cons of this decision of water removal?
