Thank you for this opportunity to comment,

I had written and posted earlier about the impacts of the currently proposed draft S&Gs, and their forthcoming effect on the development community. My colleagues encouraged me to post to you my summary table of issues, which I have attached below.

The issues range from the application of the proposed changes to other remarks on current issues which prevent professionals from communicating effectively with the development community and ministry on issues of archaeology.

Please freely contact me to discuss the attached further, and to make the regulation of archaeology something which works for heritage professionals, regulators, development, and the principles of the Ontario Heritage Act.
