Talking about transit: PLEASE, whatever you do, don't take control of transit agencies. If you're implementing a unified fare structure, or 'One Fare 2.0', you must not touch ANYTHING that will cause changes to how much fare revenue transit agencies get. Make sure all local transit agencies get FULL REIMBURSEMENTS from One Fare transfers. Also, you cannot take over the TTC or any other local transit agency and control or influence what they do. I have no trust in this corrupt government.
