I find this bill incedibly outrageous after reading through it. This government, which is clearly owned by corporate interests, is not working for the people of Ontario. Water and sewage has no place in private hands. Any intelligent person just has to look at how disasterous this has been in other jurisdictions! We had our fill of the failed Mike Harris years. This will go down as the biggest failure to date.
