Comment
I oppose the Province of Ontario taking over any water or wastewater facility in any municipality in Ontario. This does not belong to the provincial government as the ratepayers of these municipalities paid for this infrastructure and it does not belong in the hands of private enterprise who may make a profit on the backs of the residents of Ontario. This would be a burden on municipalities, as will ALTO on the rural and smaller municipalities of Ontario!
