This proposal will allow business to proceed with much fewer expectations to meet in the neighborhoods that would have to coexist with them. It is best understood as the proposal to do whatever is needed to make more profit at the expense of the existing population tool.
Regulations and expectations are delineated thoughtfully and wisely to prevent development from dominating over nature and neighborhoods. Both can flourish when limits are respected and followed.
These changes are destructive.
