I oppose ero 013-4125. This seems to be based on GREED. All municipal desires, democratic effort and intelligent prudent foresite seems to be thrown into the wind in favour of developers, big business, land owners etc. Where is the little guy’s (me) interest in ‘013-4125?
I want a clean healthy environment.
We are supposed to be moving away from urban sprawl. That is why LRT’s are being promoted.
Do not let development in the green belt. That is our food and water. Open your eyes to the past. Look at the QEW between Hamilton and Niagara Falls. This was farm land. Protected farmland. Bit by bit GREED turned it into highways and industrial/commercial use. Orchard and farms torn up and gone. That is food gone. Take a bite of your grandchildren’s future and chew on that.
