I oppose the repeal of the Toxics Reduction Act 2009 because it has an essential role in ensuring the monitoring, regulation and reporting on the sources of toxins and pollutants that pose a significant risk to human and environmental health. We can only manage what we know. If we remove reporting then we remove the ability to responsibly manage health and environmental risks associated with toxins.
