The transition policies need to be defined in more detail. A longer transition period before the Bill comes into force and effect would be appreciated
We feel the two step appeal process will greatly increase the appeals timeline.
The public consultation process for the Bill, specifically within the development community has been almost non-existent through this process. which is concerning for a Bill which seeks to refine the Public appeals process.
Concerning that the commentary period is provided for after the Bill has passed. Is there even opportunity for comments to be addressed at this point?
A copy of the Bill itself and not a summary of the Bill should be included on the landing page.
