I have read much of what you have included. My concern is that the proposed sites are not specific enough. Clearly (in my mind), there is a need for industrial sites to be protected, and not easily converted into residential land, without proper safeguards. However, I would suggest that some commercial entities (large shopping malls, as a good example), would benefit from having a rebuild to include housing in second and third stories, and as infill into the large parking lots assicuated with them.
I like the greater (stricter) securities imposed on employment lands, but wonder if we could have the possibility, as I mentioned, for further intensification of areas such as shopping malls.
