I am a private citizen, I represent to special interests or organizations. To me the TOcore plan is an important guiding document as we struggle to find the right mix of personal, commercial and public use in our downtown. It is a rational discussion of the important elements we need to keep in mind as we go through the next 25 years of development. Thank you for your consideration.
