I want to say that I am in support of the TO Core plan and appreciate this action to invest in social services and infrastructure to support the population living in the downtown core. I think it is critical to catch up with the development and population growth that has been happening in the area. I feel that this plan needs to be prioritized, and that the needs of the people living in the area and the community in general should be considered ahead of the desires of developers.
