We are the lawyers for NHD Developments Limited, who have an interest in the property located at 410 Sherbourne Street in the City of Toronto. The lands are designated Apartment Neighbourhoods in the City of Toronto Official Plan. With respect to OPA 406, in the event the Ministry determines to approve the Secondary Plan with or without modifications, please be advised that, on behalf of our client, we object to any requirement for the retention or inclusion of office or other non-residential space within a redevelopment of the property, as well as any requirement for the retention or inclusion of a live music venue within a redevelopment of the property, given the designation of the property as Apartment Neighbourhoods and the surrounding context.
