I am writing in support of Toronto's new Downtown Secondary Plan -- TOCore. The City is in great need of this secondary plan. Any delay would be detrimental to the city's development. City Council initiated this plan, has supported the work of skilled staff who created it, there has been substantial public consultation, and has received Council's approval.
