How much is this going to cost the public to implement and maintain? Energy rates are ridiculous as it is. I am not convinced that knowing how much you are spending is going to have much effect ( at least for individuals) on how much you need to use, there are certain times of the day & year when you need to cook, clean,use lights (because its dark) etc that really isn't affected by the cost. There may be some benefit to large users to help find savings.
