I support the proposal to make public more documents electronically on EBR postings (assuming I understood what is being proposed on pp. 28-29 of the discussion paper). While some postings provide links to a ministry-issued document, many encourage members of the public to visit a ministry office to review documents related to the proposal. This is time consuming and discourages participation, especially for those who just want more information on the undertaking to determine if they have any concerns.
