I find this very disturbing…

I find this very disturbing. Developers are doing quite well at present and do not need any additional perks to aid their business. I am appalled at the prospects of the government selling them licenses to kill wildlife. This government has not demonstrated any knowledge in regards to the environment and current standards are far superior to any they might introduce. In short, leave the standards alone
