Comments for on the EBR site for Timco.
Something needs to be done. The odours never cease. Since 2011 we have been faced with Timco’s odours.
The bio-filter was designed, approved by the MOE and it has failed.
Then a higher stack was added to the original stack to try to push the odours further away.
Timco is not in compliance now with the MOE because the bio-filter is not performing as designed and the odours are stronger now
Remove the ECA from Timco and do not renew the ECA with Timco.
Enough time and energy have been spent on this.
