I am looking forward to this. I have kept off buying a new car in favor of less congestion causing, less polluting vehicle for the summer - which in my case is a motorcycle. A motorcycle meets the criteria of less congestion because it is 1/3 to 1/4 the size of a car. It is less polluting and it consumes far less fuel. It is also by definition a "high occupancy" vehicle since there are only 2 seats (in most cases) and 50% is occupied by the single rider.
I have been riding for over 25 years now in different parts of the world. I'm very very pleased with this action. It will make for a much safer commute, a much faster commute and a much easier commute for motorcyclists. THANK YOU !
