What supporting documation does the Gov have to show this is of benefit? What research did they do to support this change, where did they get their data? How will this improve rider and driver safety, traffic flow and or congestion? How will this benefit my tax dollars and why, if it is termed HOV, high occupancy lane, is the there only one rider allowed at a time, bikes can hold two. What other agencies or stakeholders where involved in this decision. This may very well be of benefit, but there is limited, if any, access to the information that may have been used to support this. Just my observation. To make an informed decision one needs subjective data!
