Please consider opening the hov lanes for motorcyclists. Its a safety issue. Riders need to be able to protect themselves through what is called blocking position. In the hov lane, a rider only has to worry about cars encroaching on them from the right. When in the leftmost lane beside the hov lane, a rider has to protect themselves from drivers on both sides.
Also please consider making lane splitting legal in Ontario.
