This would be a long time coming. I'm glad the government is starting to see how much safer it will make us riders be.
I also hope that the powers at be take California's and UK's examples of safer riding and start to allow lane filtering and splitting. I have seen way too many riders get rear ended and injured for sitting in traffic. This needs to happen in order to help us riders stay safe and enjoy what we love to do
