This is a very good proposal, that will help reduce traffic congestion, and fix some of the problems that shouldn't have been made in the first place.
Motorcycles rarely if ever hold up traffic, they are fast, and they accelerated quickly.
It will not affect people in the HOV lane.
It will make life more convenient for motorcyclists
It will make more space on regular lanes for everyone else, as motorcyclists will be able to ride in the highly underused HOV lanes
