I live in Northwestern Ontario and have hunted black bear for many years. These restrictions make it almost impossible to set up a proper stand with the number of old unused logging trails that could be considered a usable trail. It also makes it extremely difficult for those, such as myself, that have limited mobility to even remotely consider being able to properly set up a bait that far away.
