Fully support the Bill 108, More Homes, More Choice Act. The red tape, legislation and delays to build affordable housing, especially around existing and planned transit hubs is an important issue. This Bill removes some of the red-tape and also puts priority where it should be. The Greenbelt and ORM act should be reviewed and revised to allow for new housing. There are modern techniques to build and still preserve the water purification functions. Lands, especially in built up areas, such as Vaughan, are not providing any of the benefits that are stated in the ORM act because of development, roads, already there that are necessary for jobs/economy and people to live and work. Lets be reasonable and balanced in our conservation efforts.
