Why is this Govt intent on dragging us backwards, after so much progress has been made over the past few years, to ensure development projects in keeping with the character of the neighbourhoods involved? Take a more balanced view before making your changes to the process developers must navigate. You should not be taking steps to prevent city Planners and members of the communities in question from completing their studies and determining the impact of any new development on the neighbourhood.
