I feel that not enough time has been spent researching this and there should be an extension granted to section 55. The panel should be more inclusive of stakeholders with hands on knowledge of the area and eco system. Northern resources are constantly being managed by desk jockeys from the south who have no idea beyond what they are spoonfed from special interest groups such as greenpeace.
